PRIVACY POLICY

Who we are
This website is run by Dropp Tequila LTD ("Dropp", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for any personal information collected through this site.
Questions, requests, complaints: hello@dropptequila.com.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, city, organisation, the type of enquiry, and your message.
That's it. There are no accounts, no newsletter, no payments, and no analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
The age question
When you confirm you're of legal drinking age, your answer is stored only on your own device (in your browser's storage and a cookie called "age-verified" that lasts 30 days) so we don't ask you again on every visit. It is never sent to us and can't identify you.
Why we use your details
We use what you send us through the form for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and carry on that conversation (for example about stocking Dropp, samples, or a partnership). Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send us.
We will not add you to any marketing list, and we never sell your details.
Who handles your details
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a service that passes your message to our email inbox and stores a copy so we don't lose it. Formspree, Inc. is based in the United States and processes this data on our behalf under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.
Beyond that, your details stay within Dropp. We only share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. If you'd like your details deleted sooner, email us and we'll remove them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us: what we hold about you (access), to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to object to us using it. You can also ask for a copy in a portable format. Email hello@dropptequila.com and we'll sort it.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how this site handles personal information (for example if we add a newsletter), we'll update this policy and the date at the top before the change goes live.
